The Armani Group is pleased to announce a truly pioneering initiative at the cutting edge of digital transmission: #ArmaniTweetTalks.
A series of live discussions on important topics relating to today’s fashion industry, #ArmaniTweetTalks will be broadcast on the Web through the Twitter platform.
The talks will take the form of Q&A sessions with notable guests chosen from the fashion world for their expertise and significant number of Twitter followers. Armani will act as facilitator, steering the discussion.
The first talk will take place on the 1st of June as part of the Armani One Night Only in Beijing event. The inaugural ArmaniTweetTalk will look East, to China, and discuss how this country is rapidly shaping up to be the most influential fashion market of the twenty-first century.
Peter Howarth (Editor and Author) will moderate a panel composed of: Angelica Cheung (Editor-in-Chief, Vogue China), Hung Huang (Publisher, Blogger, TV Commentator and Tastemaker), Godfrey Deeny (Globetrotting Fashion Critic), Federico Marchetti (Founder & CEO, YOOX Group), Susanna Lau (Fashion Writer and Blogger, stylebubble.co.uk) and Tommy Ton (Photographer, jakandjil.com).
